Audit log
The audit log records significant actions in your organization so you can answer "who changed what, and when". Find it under Settings → Audit.
What's captured
Typical entries include changes to:
- Monitors, pages and products.
- Incidents and maintenance windows.
- Team membership and roles.
- Settings, API keys and integrations.
Each entry notes the actor, the action, and a timestamp.
Using it
- Investigate an unexpected change ("why did this monitor's URL change?").
- Review access periodically as part of good security hygiene.
- Correlate a status change with a configuration change.
Tip
When onboarding or offboarding teammates, skim the audit log to confirm the expected changes happened — and nothing unexpected did.
